What you fight, resist. What you embrace, persist.
The moment you avoid conflict to keep the peace outside, you start a battle inside.
We’ve been educated and trained to resist, repress or avoid to express the inner voice to fit in or accepted by society or environment.
Unconsciously, the side effect of it become an accumulation of repressed emotions that block your authentic light inside.
That’s the important of express your vulnerability.
Feeling is Healing. Every emotions you feel is real.
But learn to detach it from your thoughts/meaning/stories/labels you gave it.
Healing sets your soul free from the inner resistance that has been repressed, abandoned, disappointed, manipulated and another hurtful emotions that exists since the very first time you experience those emotions and unconscious stories. Those exist in subconscious mind, a deeper state of you that you don’t realize it exist. Carl Jung, the psychoanalysis that studied psyche found and call it as shadow.
Only when you are ready and willing to do the inner work, healing can powerfully works. In this video I share what to do about it and how to deal with it.
